I haven't posted on the fire for quite awhile, but thought you might like to see this . I shot him with my 48# Tall Tines recurve, 55/60 Wilderness Custom Diuglass Fir arrow with a Zwickey Delta two blade. Complete pass through, got heart and lungs. He went sbout thirty yards. He squared 6'10"

From Wadena originally. I shot the bear in Northwestern Manitoba. This was my second trip with Ryan Derlago of Manitoba Stickflinger. He is known for big bears and color phase. My first one was a chocolate

Now there is a true trophy. Recurve that you are shooting instinctively, wood arrows and hand sharpened Zwicky broad heads. One to shoot that way takes a on of practice. Getting that type of arrow and broad head off a shelf ain't easy either.im impressed to say the least. Job well done. Beautiful bear!👍
